Cheryl,
What fun a giveaway! Congratulations on your 5500 visitors! That sure is something! :)

My favorite thing about Spring is sewing the fresh dew on the nice green grass in the morning. It reminds me of the way that we are given second chances to start over fresh and new. I'm also kinda partial to the daffodils..lol...but the dew is my favorite!

Hi cheryl,
I see you got out to the thrift and found some pretty cute things. GOOD TIMES.
Yes a give-away, gotta love those. I almost become overcome in spring with the smell of the air, the windows opened, the grass turning green, the leaves coming out, spring dresses and skirts. I could go on and on.

Congrats on 5,500 visitors, that's awesome! I think it's the cool, but slightly warming breezes that hit your cheeks. The scent of lilacs and the beauty of the walls of forsythia. The buttercups (daffodils) seemingly to appear from nowhere. The sounds of the birds calling to one another and the frogs in the evening as you pass ponds along the road. There's a feeling of birth and renewal letting us know that life will continue.

I could go on and on, I love the transitional seasons, both spring and fall. Anyway... congrats again!

I like the renewal of spring when the grass turns green, the crocus and daffodils bloom, and I get to dig my hands into the sun warmed earth and plant veggies and flowers.

Ok, it worked but now I don't know what I did.

Anyway, I love spring because I get new baby goats and chicks! I get to turn off the heat and open wide the new windows! I get to go barefoot in the gardens and plant seeds.

Congrats on having 5500.

Wow! So many visitors! Just wonderful. I love the way spring wakes up from a long winter sleep, puts on her flower printed dress and sweet perfume and sends her birds to sing a song in my garden. It's the promise of new life begining, and a new canvas to create on! Blessings,Kathleen

When I spot the snowdrops, blooming through the snow, close to the house, it is a sure harbinger of spring. Then comes the crocus, daffodils, scilla and when the buds on the trees start to swell, I know I'm in the right place. That first green, especially the beech trees is such an intense color, I can hardly wait! I bbetter though, because it is going to be awhile...

Congrats on being so Miss Popular!!!

Spring...what can I say. After a long winter it's just busy busy busy and I love it, love it, love it. We start lambing mid-March and it's up all night and tired all day with a lamb or 2 in the house getting some TLC and out "checking butts" every couple of hours. "Jugs" full of ewes and lambs to water and feed and tag and weigh and give shots to and hug and cuddle while I can still catch them.

The garden beckons me but I chomp the bit restraining myself to wait to plant until we're clear of frost.

The outdoor clothesline begs me to cover up its nakedness from a harsh lonely winter.

Ah...spring. Chores galore, rummy from no sleep, sore muscles from being out and about on the farm. I love spring.

I love as the earth starts to wake up, you smell the dirt as it warms up, the wee bits of green poking up in the grass, the daffodils starting to show their tips in the yard. I love that when it warms up I get to dig in the dirt with my fingers, pull the first of the weeds and feel the sun on my shoulders, waking up my desires to garden, and be outdoors again.

Cheryl,
How nice to start Springtime with a giveaway!
I love the warm breezes making the curtains flutter through an open window. The little green shoots coming awake after the wintertime. And of course...floewers, flowers and more flowers. My favorites are the wild ones.
